Hill House and Southside are located next door to each other in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood and La Casa and Plum Cottage are located in Zilker Park.

All of our properties are fully furnished and carefully looked after. You can expect an immaculately clean home when you arrive with plenty of extra linens and towels, everything you could ever need in a kitchen, basic soaps and hair care products, and even organic coffee beans to get you started in the morning. WIFI and Cable TV are standard in all of our properties - as well as free parking and 24-hr assistance should you need anything at all.

All of the UnderTheTexanSun.com properties are owned and operated by Carole and Kerry Price. Carole has taught Macrobiotic cooking for nearly 30 years. Carole is a long time supporter and volunteer at Christopher House Hospice. Kerry while not working at his job in the corrugated box business spends his free time restoring 1946 Chris Craft wooden motor boat. Both Carole and Kerry practice yoga and enjoy traveling, movies and reading. They can also help you find the perfect restuarant and love helping people enjoy Austin's food scene.
